High quality replacement Ford Sync 2 MyFord touch screen digitizer. The touch screen digitizer restores touch command responsiveness to your navigation screen. If your screen lights up as normal but is unresponsive to touch, you will need to replace your touch screen digitizer.
This replacement unit will fit all Ford Sync 2 models. Ford Sync 2 model display numbers are as follows:
- LQ080Y5DZ30
- LQ080Y5DZ03
- LQ080Y5DZ01
Sync 2 models have an 8″ screen (measured diagonally) and do not have the ‘pinch-to-zoom’ screen feature of other models. (If you are able to ‘pinch-to-zoom’ on your navigation maps, you have a Sync 3).
Approximate dimensions are 8″ screen and 192mm x 122mm with a 4 pin ribbon cable.

Great, the whole job, from start to finish took less than 90 minutes, 40 minutes of that was carefully removing dashboard trim….I would not hesitate ordering from this company again. It was only 4 days shipping from Arizona to Michigan. Total cost was $160

The dealer wanted over $1600 for this repair. It took about a half an hour and most of that was getting the broken one out of the dash (which is easy now that I know how – thanks YouTube). It was very simple to install, plugged in the pigtail and put it back into the car. It works perfectly. I don’t see where they get off charging like that at the dealer but it was a very simple and the new unit is crystal clear and only requires a light tap on the screen. I’m thrilled.

The digitizer showed up in perfect condition and was a snap to install. My only concern was the two-sided tape. The original unit uses foam-type tape and the tape shipped was thin plastic.
I made sure to completely remove the old tape and cleaned the old surface with alcohol. No problems seen yet and the screen works flawlessly.
